This award is open to businesses that consistently deliver outstanding Customer Service and can demonstrate that meeting the customer’s needs is a priority throughout its entire business. The closing date for this category is 12 noon Friday 24th September 2021

The judges will be looking for:

• A company which can demonstrate success in customer service
• The judges will expect to see client survey or feedback forms and any written policy
• The judges will be looking for entrants who have listened and responded to customers’ needs in order to gain a thorough understanding of their customer base
• They will also be judged on the initiatives they have put in place to integrate customers into all aspects of the business
• How the business contributes to the local community
• How superb customer service will help future growth
